Yankee Game + Weekend Vlog
Lifestyle August 12, 2015Over the weekend we went to our first Yankees game!!! It was so so so fun. I was actually a little worried because games are so long and I wasn't sure if Atticus would get bored or get too hot since it was during the day but luckily there were clouds so we weren't in the sun and we only sweated our faces off for a bit before some a nice breeze came our way. The people behind us were playing with Atticus and he was absolutely eating up all the attention so he had a ton of fun and especially loved all the clapping (he thought everyone was clapping for him and he would get so shy!) Not going to lie when we left the game I hadn't even realized who won (hahaha I KNOW I KNOW THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS!!!) but honestly I was just having too much fun with Atticus I wasn't even paying attention! I go to baseball games for the food, fun jerseys, and to sing all the songs :) and lastly, watch a little baseball here and there haha. But really, baseball games are the funnest!
Here is a somewhat embarrassing account of our weekend selfie style! You guys always get to see the pictures but this is all the in between! xo

I was looking up the town in Denmark my mothers family comes from and your family popped up with pictures of Fillerup. I have always wanted to go with mine but was wondering how your trip was. My mother is Jane Fillerup Welch. I would bet we are related.

I’m actually a HUGE Jays fan so I was beyond happy when they swept the Yanks last weekend! haha 😉 My husband and I have taken our nine month old boy to two Jays games now and he always gets such a kick outta it! Loved the pics from the Yankees game (and A’s awesome shirt!). We are in Pittsburgh, so HUGE Pirates fans and my hubby is obsessed! I went to my first Yankee’s game the last time I was in NY! So fun, but I do remember like dying from the humidity! haha. And go too funny!! EVERY TIME I go to a baseball game I never remember which team ends up winning because I am never actually watching. haha!
