These are some pictures from our day trip to Whitehaven Beach!!! The morning we were going it was pouring rain - like INTENSE downpour. We were waiting in line and the captain even said that the weather there would be the same and he wouldn't blame anyone who decided not to go. We decided to go anyways and hoped it would stop raining at least long enough for us to go touch the sand. On the way over we could see a couple blue clouds and as we were almost pulling up to the beach it completely cleared up!!! And then just as we were leaving it started getting cloudy again! It was so awesome - we felt so lucky. The beach was beautiful and I couldn't stop commenting on the sand. The sand was like snow! And also both of my babies took morning cat naps on me which also made it that much better because I love when that happens. We filmed lots of video while in Australia and our first video from our trip is our travel diary from our scenic plane ride and SCUBA DIVING!! Watch it here :)

Like I know you use them but any tips and tricks and how long they last and just everything. I am going to Puerto Rico in a month and am really paranoid about the sun but I love your tan. And oh my goodness, great scuba video!! I wish I were better at scuba diving, I get so anxious (and often sea sick) leading up to it, I often can’t calm down enough to even get 10 feet under. On the rare occasion that I’ve been able to calm down though, it’s so worth it. An entirely new world.
Rosie sleeping is just precious and I can not believe how empty the beach is!!!

amber, i love you and your family so much ❣ i think Atticus & Rosie are the cutest kid ever and obviously so photogenic like their mama & papa. you should come to Komodo Island, Padar Island or some other Island in Indonesia (where i come from ?) and you definitely should come to Raja Ampat & Derawan, if you’re lucky you can see a Whale Shark in certain months (must thing to do on my bucketlist!)
