How was everyone's weekend?! We had friends in town staying with us so it was lots of fun. We went to the beach, me and Atticus did some baking (I have loved baking with him!), had a lazy day at home doing crafts, worked on some new stuff for our extension line (exciting stuff coming!), and had lots of good family time. I tweeted this pic of a convo David and I had over text last week :) it made me happy. We put our phones away for the weekend and didn't bring them out with us til night time. The biggest thing I noticed was... I never realized how much I am on my phone when we drive around to and from places. I want to try to leave my phone at home when we drive around because I talked to the kids more and sang more songs with them and me and David had better conversations. I definitely want to make that a weekend tradition. So nice having no distraction family time. Also you may notice the new lay out on the blog! Ah, I don’t know if I could ever leave my phone at home regularly!! I’ve done it a couple times last month and it was strangely freeing 🙂 Also, I’m not sure if this is just me, but I notice it heavily in these photos that Rosie looks a lot like you and Atticus looks a lot like David! Maybe I’m just seeing things!
P.S. Home-grown oranges are *the* best!! My grandmother has a tree in her backyard in San Diego and the oranges there are amazing!

I did notice the “continue reading” feature yesterday! That’s so great that it will allow you to have even prettier pictures! My 2016 New Year’s Resolution was to stop using social media. I actually did it! I always love all of your outfits.. but then I click the link to look where they are from and how much they are and almost have a heart attack. I would love if you would do some more posts on more affordable clothing that the average girl could buy.
