Photos by Whitney KoffordI know its a little late but I wanted to share some of Atticus' newborn photos! These were taken when he was five days old and he already looks so much older but I still think its crazy how big he was as a newborn! He is such a chunk :)
He is 2.5 months now.. he's laughing a lot, sleeping through the night, loves to watch Baby Mozart in his Bumbo seat and will crack up the entire time, he weighs 15 pounds, loves standing up (with my help for balance, obviously), he's obsessed with bath time.. we take a bath together every night and he will just float and splash and thinks its the greatest thing, still isn't sure how he feels about Chauncey, kicks like crazy, finds his feet hilarious, still loves his swing, and makes the cutest sad face when he is upset.

beautiful pictures! i know you’ve mentioned before you read bringing up bebe before your baby was born. i am also reading it right now and am due with my first in a few weeks. did you use the sleeping method mentioned in the book to get your baby sleeping through the night? if so, i would love to hear about your experience!

Hi Amber- I am about due with our first child and I was hoping you could share how you got Atticus to sleep through the night by 2.5 months! Any tips would be helpful as that is a part of having a newborn I am quite nervous about.

Honestly I think every baby is differrent. There’s nothing really you can do. Swaddle, white noise. But sttn is a milestone eventually your baby will do it. Don’t obsess about it bc you will suffer. Enjoy the night cuddles! :*
